My Home Beacon wants you to know that when you use our Web site, and when you provide us with information the privacy of your personally identifiable information will be respected and protected. While My Home Beacon strives to take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of our customers, this Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

My Home Beacon respects your privacy and is aware of the sensitive nature of privacy issues on the Internet. Since the internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to My Home Beacon. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

My Home Beacon may make identifying information available to reputable third-parties whose products or services we think you may find interesting. My Home Beacon uses your identifying information for enhancing your experience on our web site and to send you communications that may be of interest to you.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

The My Home Beacon App willneed to read the number dialed log by the user to understand if the number dialed is 911. When 911 is dialed,our Appwill understand that there is an emergency situation occurring. Our App takes no action if any other number is dialed. OurApp does not read the complete call log in your phone, and we do not store or save numbers dialed by our users, either inside the App or anywhere else on Cloud servers.

The My Home Beacon mobile App asks for your coarse location and fine location to locate if you are calling for an emergency from within your property or from outside of it.

MyHomeBeacon App collects location data when running in the background, when the app is closed, when the app is not in use and always when using the app.

MyHomeBeacon App collects location data to enable us to determine if you are inside your property during an emergency situation when the app is closed, not in use and always when in use.

MyHomeBeacon App collects location data to enable us to activate your Beacon in order to help first responders quickly identify your property during and emergency situation and to notify your emergency contacts when the app is closed, not in use and always when in use

MyHomeBeacon App does not store your location data and does not use your location data to support advertising.

If calling from within the user’s property our App will automatically trigger a notification to the user’s Emergency Contacts list and activate the My Home Beacon in order for First Responders to be able to easily and more efficiently identify the user’s property when responding to an emergency call made by the user.

If calling from outside of the property our App will ask the user, via notification, whether it should activate the My Home Beaconstill and send out notifications to the user’s Emergency Contact list.

The My Home Beacon App asks for access to the user’s Wi-Fi connected to your mobile phone. This is done in order to determine if you are within the homeWi-Fi network as a proxy for your location to determine if you are within the property for reasons explained above.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice of such changes.
